Goals for the Summer Program

There will be grammatical errors below, if this is unacceptable, please letzzzzzzzzz me kno' ;)!
As I prepared to FINALLY write blog about the summer EEO program, it hit me: Administrative perspective!!! So, for the remainder of our our summer time together, or at least until I become bored, I will try my best to keep this as my point of view during our discussions. These answers listed below are boring, but honest
And now, let us begin:

1. Create a schedule/ program that will accommodate all summer employees (faculty, staff, Facilitators, Mentors). Our Mentors are only scheduled for 15 hours a week, while our Facilitators are 20, how can we accommodate the 5 hour gap between the two groups?

2. Establish a method evaluation/assessment that is both Q&Q that will be used to create a final report as well as used to create an annual report at the end of the summer session. Last semester we did not have an opportunity to prepare an outline for our final report. Though one was created, it was "bad" ( they may have criticized, but 100% passing rate!!!)

3. My end goal: To combine the EEO program,Writing Center, and T2K program... This program would give extra support to all freshman and transfer students( especially those who are involved in the EEO program with all new notions they will come across as students.
Reading through the bullet points on page 25, I am unsure of how to answer the question:"Consider how you are going to accommodate pg 25 into the Summer EEO Program?". I have decided to address this issue on a later date.( Don't worry, I will not forget)
